Aside from the fact that if lost in the woods I'll survive when a skinny dude will most certainly die... :P Seriously though it is interesting to say the least, especially when you discover how many women prefer men with meat on their bones as opposed to skinny guys or guys with overly defined muscle. Not saying that we should all strive to be bigger than we are because we should try to maintain some idea of health while being a 'healthy' size at the same time. It may even fall into a similar catagory of BBW's. For a long time thick girls got the raw end of the deal because it was thought by the 'populace' that it was unattractive but suddenly the revolution started and men started saying what they really wanted. Thick is always going to get the most popular vote with women and it looks like its leaning towards that same identity for men and I like it! :)

I get mistaken for someone else ALL the time. Which can be fun to play with, if I am feeling devilish. "Aren't you Gary's brother? Tom, right? How's he doing? Is he still with Sheila?"

No idea who Gary is, but this is an opportunity for fun.

" Oh man you didn't hear? Gary has decided he was always a woman in side. The relationship with Sheila was all a way to cover that up. HE goes under the knife next week. Sheila and I tried dating for a while, but it just didn't work out. She was good in bed, though. Yeah, Gary is living with Phil now, his new lover, who is so sweet and supportive during the process. Great seeing you again, I have to run..."

Just to be clear, normally I just say I'm not who they think I am, but it gets old and I get in impish moods sometimes.

There aren't too many advantages to being Average looking, other than the fact that people are more willing to talk to you and get to know you if they are insecure. Beautiful people intimidate some folk. Avergae looking people don't.

But Chubby has so many benefits.

Strength. Being larger does make one stronger. We have to move ourselves around, which is harder than the sleeker types, which does make bigger muscles. Also, we have weight to leverage against objects, making it easier for us to pick stuff up, move it around, hold partners in the air for all sorts of creative love-making, etc.

Warmth. I am always warm. I can tolerate really low temperatures for a long time in t-shirt and shorts. I also generate a great deal of heat which makes me a magnet for girls in cold weather. I have grown to LOVE the feeling of cold hands on my skin. And as most of my female friends know that, I get lots of touching.

Snuggling Factor. I am soft, warm, and have big strong arms. And when you lay on a chubby guy, you don't get jabbed by a bony elbow, shoulder, hip, rib, etc. And when it's cold outside My snugle desirability goes UP! Woo hoo.

Public reaction. People assume I am Jolly and easy going, which allows me an instant likeability. It also grants me a certain shock value when I need it.

I genuinely LIKE being Chubby. I feel sexy, even if I am not bony and angular. And I have no problems finding partners, even if there are a number of women out there who won't think of me as sexy. There are also a number who do find chubby guys sexy, so it all works out fine.
